my first oil and acrylic mix painting on Canvas, creating \u201cperfect \u201c stripes w\/ masking tape, acrylic markers<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Mistakes<\/strong>: result of my Norblin exhibition: good turnout, but worse than 2 years ago, positive reactions to work but no sales. <strong>Why?<\/strong> I didn\u2019t put enough thought into developing the Works, I focused on doing as much as possible to fill out the space, I went quantity over quality, speed over perfecting each piece. <strong>Result:<\/strong> Anger, strong need to destroy pieces, but instead using the \u201cunsuccessfull\u201d drawings and recycling them into shape: sphere\/paper lamp-<strong>NEW<\/strong>, maybe this could be something interesting?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In drawing class: trying out Pencil and black marker on prepped Canvas covered board<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Starting a new Concept after Ben Lingard\u2019s suggestion during our first crit: painting with acrylics on the \u201cother Side\u201d the interior of the fridge door and challenging myself to express my deeper internal emotions and struggles using abstract art. <strong>NOTE:<\/strong> need to Sand first!!!<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Blog<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Recording my thoughts, feelings and discoveries on my course blog.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Reading:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Look at my Ugly Face, Bodies<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Week 8-9:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Exhibition participation &amp;
