How I went to read about Rothko after someone compared my MOTHERCORE NO1 piece to his and found a connection because as An artist I feel I also need to \u201cstrip away one further layer and bring focus to the inner world\u201d as well as this feeling that each piece I am thinking about is completely different, I\u2019m working on paper lamps, drawings, fridge paintings and planning quilts and patchworks simultaneously while Rothko \u201cnever truly settled on a style but rather was constantly experimenting, seeking the form that best expressed the content of that moment\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
