POURING PAINT TRIPTICH CONTD. – ADDING WORDS – TO WRITE OR TO THREAD?HOW?

I am trying to figure out how to technically do this and I feel lost, like I have no clue. I really don’t feel happy with the painted lines, I don’t like their flatness. I’m also wondering how much I am able to say with the words and also how much might be too much. But I am quite inspired by the Betty Tompkins, Women Words Painting (Artemisia Gentileschi #2), I have to have the words in there, I just don’t like the technique I’m using

So far I have enjoyed pouring the paint and the idea of adding the figures and words in the empty white spaces. Now I am wondering if it’s too much, trying so hard to fill out the entire space, as well as make each painting in the triptich similar to one another. The Maiden/teenager, seems to almost work without words, and when I add the words they’re strong but almost too harsh, showing all the horrible things I used to think about my body as a teenager and worrying about putting them in young girls heads, the effect opposite of what I want. Maybe these phrases would be better off not seen by anyone?

The Mother on the other hand feels like she needs words instead of hands, that the illustration of the hand made it too satirical, light, like the things said to MOthers carry so much more weight and are much more hurtful and should be exposed. But when I try to google hurtful things said to mothers I get:

“Must be nice to get a break from the kids.” (Dismisses work as leisure, treating the mother as selfish

“Must be nice to not have to work.” (Ignores the, often unpaid, labour of full-time parenting)

“If you hate being a mom so much, then why did you have kids?” (Used when a mother expresses any frustration or needs a break).

“What kind of mother lets her kids X?”

“What do you do all day?” (Devalues the intense labor of full-time caregiving)

“Are you going to try to get your body back?”

“When You’re Working, Do You Miss The Baby?”

And then there is The Crone…but that’s a story for another post

As far as letters are concerned I am debating: embroider on something very thin, like mesh or use epoxy glue and glue the loose thread directly onto the fridge. I want to achieve the DO HO SUH effect and not sure how to do it because the fridge is plastic and not paper. How do I do that?
