What am I doing each day that energises my art making?
running outside(not every day)
looking at nature
listening to music
reading
finding different competitions/open calls and applying for them
looking at other people’s art
talking to other artists(would like to, not doing it every day)
looking at my kids and what they do and trying to think more freely like them, to create intuitively
What am I doing each day that is hindering my art making?
- worrying: about money, about children, about my relationships, about the point of making art, about health
- cleaning: dishwasher, washing, drying
- exercising
- taking children to various after school classes
- taking care of things in the house
- being on the phone too much
